Privacy Policy

Who we are

NT0 is a brand of Networkzero LLC, a Montana limited liability company. This policy covers this website and the inquiries that come through it. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean Networkzero LLC.

Networkzero LLC also operates Glacier AI Works, a separate brand serving smaller local businesses. The two sites are run by the same company under the same practices described here, but each keeps its own inquiries and mailing list — signing up on one does not add you to the other.

Information you give us

We only receive personal information from you when you choose to send it:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, your message, and optionally how you heard about us. We use this to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about working together.
• Newsletter signup. Your email address, so we can send occasional notes about AI and the work we do. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Booking a call. Our scheduling links go to Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and the time you pick under its own privacy policy.
• AI Readiness Score. Your answers to the assessment, plus the name, email, company, and company size you enter to unlock the written report. We use this to generate and email your report, and to follow up about whether we can help. Ticking the newsletter box on that form is optional and separate.

We do not ask for sensitive categories of information — government identifiers, health information, or payment card numbers — through this website. Please do not send them through the contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or errors.
• Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand which pages people find useful. It records page views and interactions such as which buttons get clicked. We have configured it to keep its state in memory only, so it does not write tracking cookies or persist an identifier in your browser between visits.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies, and we do not participate in cross-site advertising networks or run retargeting pixels. Our analytics are configured without persistent browser storage, and we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under state privacy laws.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and scope potential work.
• To send the newsletter you asked for, until you unsubscribe.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use the contents of your messages to train AI models, and we do not feed your information into a model that learns from it.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make this site work, and only as far as they need it:

• Resend — delivers our contact form emails and newsletter.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Railway — hosting and infrastructure.
• Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a call.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

The AI Readiness Score

The assessment at /readiness is free and the score itself is shown without asking for anything. You only give us details if you want the written report emailed to you.

When you do, we store the following in our own database:

• The name, email address, company, and company size you entered.
• Your answers to the thirteen questions and the report generated from them, so we can re-send or reference it later.
• Whether you opted into the newsletter, and the date you took it.
• The page that referred you and your browser’s user-agent string, which help us understand where the tool is being found.

This information is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon) in the United States and is visible only to us. We keep it for as long as it is useful for follow-up, and delete it on request — the same as anything else on this page. We do not sell it, and taking the assessment does not subscribe you to anything on its own.

Client and engagement data

Fractional CTO and AI Lead work means we are handed real access — source code, cloud infrastructure, production databases, internal documents, customer records, and the systems your business runs on. That access and everything we see through it is governed by the written agreement and non-disclosure terms for that engagement, not by this website policy.

As a matter of practice: we take the narrowest access that lets us do the work, we use client data solely to deliver that engagement, we do not use it to train models or to benefit another client, and we hand back or revoke credentials and delete working copies at the end of the engagement on request. Where we deploy systems that rely on third-party AI providers, we tell you which providers are involved and what leaves your environment before anything is connected.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails and correspondence for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and afterward only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy statutes, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiry emails to the people who need to read them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not retain more than we need, which is the most reliable protection there is.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States, and our service providers process and store information there. If you contact us from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
